AMORA monitors your patients' biomarkers in real time — flagging critical patterns across Vital, Metabolic, Organ, and Hematology markers before they become emergencies.
Not another appointment booking app. Not a hospital-grade EMR that takes 4 weeks to set up. Ival is clinical intelligence — designed for independent specialists in India.

We're onboarding our first cohort of doctors personally — no sales team, no automated flows. You'll speak to a founder, we'll set everything up, and you'll have AMORA running before your next OPD.
We'll call you on your WhatsApp number within 24 hours. Not a sales rep — one of the founders. See you at your clinic soon.
In the meantime, feel free to WhatsApp us directly at [YOUR NUMBER]
Gagan Deep Jasuja — Gurgaon. I have seen family members miss critical lab patterns, arrive at ERs without medication records, and lose hours in OPDs to paper-tracked biomarkers.
Ival exists because independent Indian specialists deserve a tool built for clinical thinking — not one that treats them as a booking channel or a billing node. Real AI. Real medicine.
Straight answers. No marketing fluff.

We collect information you provide directly when you register as a doctor or patient on Ival. For doctors, this includes: full name, medical registration number (MCI/state council), clinic name and address, specialisation, WhatsApp/phone number, and professional email. For patients, this includes: name, age, gender, blood type, allergies, active medications, medical conditions, and lab report data you or your doctor uploads.
We also collect usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration — to improve the product. We do not collect payment information directly; payment is processed by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.
Your data is used to: (a) provide the Ival platform and AMORA clinical AI service, (b) generate Emergency QR Health IDs, (c) send prescription reminders and health alerts to patients, (d) improve our AI models using anonymised, aggregated datasets only — never individual identifiable records, and (e) contact you for onboarding, support, and product updates.
We do not use patient health data for advertising, lead generation, or any commercial purpose beyond providing the Ival service.
We do not sell your data. We do not share identifiable patient or doctor data with any third party for commercial purposes. The only exceptions are: (a) service providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements (e.g. cloud infrastructure providers, SMS gateway), (b) legal obligations — where Indian law requires disclosure to a competent authority, and (c) with your explicit written consent.
Our cloud infrastructure is hosted by AWS Mumbai region, which is GDPR-aligned and compliant with India's DPDP Act 2023.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Access to patient data within our systems is role-based and audited. We conduct regular security reviews and penetration testing. In the event of a data breach affecting your records, we will notify you within 72 hours as required under the DPDP Act.
Emergency QR Health IDs contain only the minimum clinically necessary data, embedded directly in the QR code — not stored on external servers accessible without authentication.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: access a copy of your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), withdraw consent for data processing at any time, and nominate a person to exercise your data rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@ivalhealth.com. We will respond within 30 days.
AMORA's AI models are trained on de-identified, aggregated datasets. No individual patient's data is used to train AI models in a way that could re-identify them. All AI-generated clinical suggestions are clearly marked as AI-generated and require physician review. Ival is a clinical decision support tool — it does not replace physician judgment and carries no liability as a medical device under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
